Position: Electromechanical Technician (Permanent)
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime (1.5x / 2x)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 / 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (Shift premium after 6pm)
What You'll Do:
* Assemble mechanical systems, install hydraulics, and handle electrical wiring.
* Follow structured build stages accurately and safely.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality products.
* Continuously improve processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Expand your skills across multiple production lines.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in hands‑on assembly or similar roles.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
* Strong communicator at all levels, including with customers.
* Enthusiastic team player ready to learn and grow.
