Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer

Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of an established College for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Lecturer. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training to students, supporting them in gaining practical skills and recognised qualifications to progress within the plumbing industry.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, hands-on plumbing training to students
* Plan and prepare lessons in line with awarding body standards
* Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback
* Support learners with varying levels of experience and backgrounds
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate learner records
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Proven industry experience as a plumber
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Commitment to safeguarding and learner success
Desirable
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one
* IQA qualification
* Previous experience in education
