You'll be joining a specialist boutique litigation and arbitration firm in Central London, renowned for handling complex commercial disputes, fraud matters, and contentious trust cases. Your new role
As a Paralegal, you will support the disputes team across a broad range of matters, with work typically split 70% litigation and 30% arbitration. You will assist with complex commercial disputes, civil fraud claims, and trust litigation, as well as LCIA, ICC, and ad-hoc arbitration matters. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting, disclosure tasks, assisting with evidence preparation, client liaison, and providing day-to-day support on active cases. The firm can also support SQE Qualification, offering a strong career development pathway for the right candidate.What you'll need to succeed
* Previous paralegal experience within a commercial litigation, fraud, or disputes team (ideally in a reputable City or boutique firm)
* Strong academic background
* Excellent legal research and drafting skills
* Ability to work proactively, manage competing deadlines, and handle complex information
* A genuine interest in litigation, arbitration, and contentious trusts work
* A collaborative, detail-focused approach and willingness to engage in varied tasks
