Rotational Physiotherapist

We have exciting opportunities for motivated, determined and enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our team in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
This is a rotational post across the Health Board including T&O, Care of the Elderly, ITU/Respiratory, Acute Medical, Neurological rehabilitation, Acute Stroke, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Outpatients and Community Reablement. the post holder would be expected to provide assessment and treatment to a range of acute patients.
Main duties of the job
Each rotation will offer the post holder an opportunity to participate in the training and development of staff. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential. With a dynamic 'can do' approach, you will have the opportunity to participate in service improvement and work in a fast paced environment. Teaching, supervision, support and training will be part of your role.

Person Specification
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Experience of a wide range of clinical placements, including core areas
* Experience of NHS systems and procedures
* Member of CSP
* Ability to organise and prioritise/good time management.
* Ability to carry out full range of duties (including travel between various bases and home visits)
* Recognition of own level of competence
* Welsh Language Skills
