Overview
Excellent opportunity to use your Project Management skills supporting our Industrial Transfer team as we drive delivery of our products.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for Industrial Transfer projects for all stakeholders.
* Construct and maintain project plans and monitor scope, cost, schedule and quality data to identify risks and opportunities.
* Manage project scope, identify deviations, and negotiate changes and their impact on the overall project.
* Operate effectively in a matrix or cross-functional environment, interfacing with customers and suppliers and briefing senior management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver complex manufacturing projects within the Industrial Transfer Team.
* Maintain knowledge of production transfer projects and foster strong working relationships with Manufacturing Industrial Transfer Engineers.
* Prepare bid estimates by collaborating with design and engineering teams on new product definitions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering fixed-cost programmes within a matrix organisation.
* Experience in managing project scope, deviations, and changes and their impact on the project.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in cost, schedule and quality data and formulate mitigation plans.
* Experience with project planning software (e.g., Primavera or Microsoft Project).
* Experience in engineering or production environments preferred.
* Knowledge and experience of production transfer projects.
* Security clearance: British Citizen or a dual UK national with British citizenship; BPSS checks required post-offer.

* Salary: Circa £45,000 depending on experience
