Role Overview
We’re seeking a Resource Analyst to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and contractor management across the organisation. You’ll deliver data-driven insights, support leadership decisions, and ensure workforce compliance with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Resource Management
Maintain staffing requirements and forecast resource needs
Manage headcount, staffing and contractor data in workforce tools
Track onboarding/offboarding and personnel movements
Monitor utilization and workload distribution to identify gapsContractor & Vendor Support
Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding
Act as primary liaison with staffing vendors
Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and HR policies
Track contract terms, funding and expiration datesData Analysis & Reporting
Maintain resource allocation tracking (commitment, availability, capacity)
Build dashboards and reports on staffing, budget, and resource allocation
Provide leadership with actionable insights
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and complianceOperational Support
Assist managers with staffing requests and workforce transactions
Support budget planning and contractor spend forecasting
Identify process improvements and operational efficienciesRequired Skills
✔ Workforce planning/resource management or HR operations experience (preferred)
✔ Strong analytical skills (Excel, workforce tools, reporting platforms)
