We’re expanding our US team and looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a high-performing, supportive environment.
The Role:
Specialise in placing top-tier talent across the construction or engineering markets in the U.S.
Build and manage your own desk with support from a highly experienced team.
Focus on delivery and performance— no micromanagement, just results.
Monday to Thursday: 12pm–8pm (to align with US time zones)
Friday: Work from home, 4-hour day
Outside of core hours, we’re flexible —WFH, hybrid, or wherever you do your best work, as long as you’re contributing to team success.
Uncapped monthly commission, based on your revenue at any point in the quarter.
Top billers currently earn between £150k–£200k OTE .
Basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.
What You’ll Bring:
360 recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering .
A commercial mindset and proven billing track record.
Confidence working independently and driving your own success.
Based just outside Altrincham town centre —walkable, but with free on-site parking .
