You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all customers. Within this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive lettings service.
Duties will include: Managing the client database, diary and lead generation, carrying out viewings & canvassing and assisting with listing of new properties. Further duties will include delivery of feedback, negotiating with clients, agreeing lets and assisting with client progression to move in.
