Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities
Role Objective
To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or any other general inquiries. Demonstrating a proactive attitude, you will serve as a source of information for guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider team in maximizing resources and utilization.
This role supports various functions including the Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and all managerial staff by providing essential guest data and information.

Some Responsibilities Include
* Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in process, including registration, offering a tour when appropriate, and explaining the welcome pack.
* Processing financial transactions correctly and in line with GDPR, providing receipts, and filing merchant copies according to regulations.
* Checking out guests by settling accounts in full, maintaining robe controls, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Address any feedback or comments by sharing with the team and initiating corrective actions if needed.
* Monitoring CCTV for the safety of bathers in pools and other areas.
* Monitoring headcounts hourly to ensure maximum bather capacity is not exceeded.
* Supporting pool testing procedures if the fitness or maintenance team is unavailable (must be trained).
* Leading or supporting guest walks where applicable.
* Closing open folios and settling classes on the system.
* Upselling additional services and managing columns for yield management.
* Assisting with scheduling spa colleagues and services.
* Managing pre-bookings and bookings for all spa services, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of residential, day packages, and services.
* Staying updated on promotional offers and actively selling services to meet sales targets, supporting team objectives.
