Cover Supervisor
We are on the hunt for a Cover Supervisor to join our team in and around the Bournemouth area. This is an outstanding opportunity for any educator looking to grow and harness their skills within the classroom, offering a range of experiences within the area.
The ideal candidate would have previous education experience, that they are looking to build upon, whether looking to become a Full Qualified Teacher, and want to gain more in class experience. Or a TA, looking to step into the front of the class. Or a coach, looking to make a sidestep into the classroom. This could be the opportunity for you.
With the ability to work flexibly around your schedule it allows you to take control, whilst still furthering your experience.
Ideally you would
- Have a passion for education
- Have previous experience within the education
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible
- Have a calm and patient demeanour
- Be able to build good repour with both staff and pupil
- Enjoy a fast paced, and ever-changing environment
