Are you an experienced and motivated administrator ready to take the next step in your NHS career? We’re looking for proactive, organised and confident individuals to join our busy and supportive EIP Teams. As a Senior Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting clinical and operational activity, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. We’re seeking candidates with strong administrative experience and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality support. You should be able to demonstrate: • Confidence in organising and minuting meetings, with the ability to track and follow up actions • Experience using NHS EPR systems such as SystmOne, Rio or Iaptus • Previous experience supporting medical clinics, including MH forms, appointment booking and reminders, and updating electronic patient records • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and confidence working with data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with colleagues, professionals and patients • The ability to respond compassionately and appropriately to patients who may be distressed or vulnerable • Experience supervising or supporting junior administrative colleagues and contributing to effective team working Assessment & Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a skills-based assessment prior to interview to help us understand your strengths and ensure the role is the right fit. • Provide a high-quality administrative service to a multi-disciplinary team. • Deliver comprehensive team support, including a responsive reception service for callers and visitors, ensuring high standards of quality and equality. • Provide efficient word processing and audio transcription support using Microsoft Office packages. • Support team meetings, including CIG meetings, with diary management, minute taking and action log tracking. • Maintain and develop client record systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements for storage, security and disposal. • Deliver a professional and sensitive customer service to service users, including those who may be distressed or vulnerable; accurately record and forward messages in a timely manner. • Maintain an up-to-date system detailing team members’ whereabouts during the working day. • Organise and minute meetings, including coordinating invitations, agendas and supporting papers. • Ensure all client case files are stored and managed in line with Trust policies and legal requirements. • Accurately enter patient data within agreed Trust deadlines. • Maintain adequate stocks of information resources and office supplies. • Photocopy, sort and distribute internal and external correspondence as required.
