Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)

£26,000 – £30,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)

Are you a detail-focused finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a friendly environment? We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations within a fast-paced business.
What You'll Do:
* Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
* Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
* Maintain and update financial records and documentation
* Prepare and process both electronic and cheque payments
* Support month-end processes, including reporting and ledger reviews
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts payable or transactional finance role
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Proficient in using accounting software and Excel
* Excellent communication skills for supplier and internal liaison
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
