Job Description:
An award-winning digital agency are looking for a stand alone Marketing Manager to run their in-house marketing campaigns. Working with impressive globally renowned companies, the agency create websites, apps and other digital products for their clients and need someone who can ensure brand visibility is a top priority to drive forward business growth. B2B experience is a must.
The role requires an extremely competent in-house marketing professional with experience of ideation and execution of a broad marketing strategy, who is able to manage digital and brand awareness campaigns seamlessly, drive lead generation and effectively manage the website, all external comms and a wide range of marketing events.
If you are a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager with exceptional communication and relationship building skills looking to become part of a growing, successful organisation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine. You will report to a senior manager who looks after marketing, business development and partner relationships, but otherwise you will take the reins so this is a great opportunity for someone wanting room to really make their own mark.
Candidates should have 5 years plus B2B marketing experience, with some in-house experience for a creative or digital agency who support high profile clients and companies. The client are looking for someone strategic and sales and business development focused primarily, plus a real breadth of experience - those who are focused too heavily on one discipline (eg. Digital) will unfortunately not be considered. There is an excellent benefits package, plenty of opportunity to work from home (you will need to be in the London office about twice a month on average) and the salary is £50,000 - £60,000 pa.
