We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our brand’s growth. You’ll work closely with the 3 founders and creatives and digital marketing agency to bring GoodMood to life through powerful storytelling, community-first campaigns, and performance-driven strategies. This role blends high-level thinking with hands-on execution across social, email, PR, influencers, and paid media. We're looking for someone who will own Marketing and drive the business forwards. This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team and shape a fast growing business, with our marketing channels having a lot of untapped potential.
Campaign & Brand Planning
* Lead development of a 6-month rolling marketing calendar that aligns with collection drops, partnerships and cultural moments
* Support campaign rollouts, from artist collaborations, interior influencers to new collection launches
* Help shape our brand voice and look-and-feel across digital and print
Organic Social (Meta, Pinterest, Linkedin & soon TikTok)
* Lead our social strategy end-to-end – from content planning and publishing to performance analysis
* Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns and artist spotlights
* Collaborate with our in-house creatives and content creators to shape a strong visual and narrative identity across platforms
* Identify and build brand partnerships that align with our community and values
* Stay ahead of social trends and apply them to our content in fresh, relevant ways
* Own and evolve our email marketing strategy, including weekly newsletters and automations
* Segment our customer database and tailor comms that drive retention and loyalty
* Partner with the creative team on campaign visuals and copy
* Use performance data to refine content, timing and targeting – with a focus on growing returning customer revenue
Digital Marketing:
* Oversee strategy and execution of our digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest), working closely with our digital ads agency.
* Launch new performance marketing channels e.g. TikTok.
* Work with creatives to develop channel specific creative.

What we're looking for:
* 5+ years experience in a relevant marketing role, ideally at an eCom brand or marketplace. Ideally someone who has scaled a DT brand to £10m annual revenue or beyond.
* Deep experience and understanding of the key marketing channels.
* Strong copywriting skills: able to craft punchy, engaging and meaningful messaging
* A sharp design eye and an understanding of visual storytelling
* Analytical and insights-driven. You're strong using data to uncover what’s working and what’s next and sharing these with the team.
* Customer centric - ability to understand our customer base to inform our marketing strategy.
* Comfortable with AI tools to streamline processes and analysis
* Comfortable using tools like Figma or similar to build content
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and happy in a fast paced, collaborative environment
* Happy to get your hands dirty (e.g. attending shoot days)
* Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Insights and TikTok analytics
