We're looking to Recruit an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead business development activities across the UK.
Working for a Company in the Switchgear industry - Specialists in the design and manufacture of electrical Switchgear & Automated control systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across UK.
* Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Promote the full range of Precision Switchgear products and services, including design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance.
Essential
* Proven experience in B2B technical or solution-based sales, ideally within the electrical, engineering, or construction sectors.
* Strong understanding of electrical switchgear, power distribution, or related products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout UK including Northern Ireland.
Salary - £70,000 + Bonus + Car / Allowance
Home based with Travel for client meetings.
