Position: SEN Teacher or Teacher with SEN Experience ...
Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Proven experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
3. Ability to work in 3-hour blocks with students 1:1
4. Flexibility to work with students in their homes or neutral settings like community libraries
5. Commitment to provided timetable for consistency in student support
6. Excellent communication skills with students and the organization
7. Specialisms in core subjects for both Primary and Secondary levels
Key Responsibilities:
8. Working with students in 1:1 settings to support their learning and development
9. Providing tailored support to ensure students can access the curriculum effectively
10. Delivering sessions in blocks ranging from 4 weeks to termly, based on student needs
11. Ensuring students work no more than 15 hours per week for optimal learning
12. Offering flexibility in working hours to accommodate shorter days
