What You Can Expect from the Role
Join our team as a Service Technician, where you'll work on lifeboats and other critical lifesaving equipment in an offshore capacity. This dynamic role offers the chance to travel to diverse locations across the UK and beyond, providing an exciting change of scenery. With ample opportunities for growth and advancement, this position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in handling lifesaving equipment, whether from direct work with lifejackets, lifeboats, or onboard marine vessels. Work schedules vary based on workload, ranging from 2 to 22 days offshore in different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Open and test the safety products, this includes weighing and repacking the equipment
2. Labelling the products
3. Raise suggestions to improve our products and processes
4. Ensure assigned daily workload is achieved to meet targets
5. Write up reports following the inspection and tests, submit to the admin team for processing

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
6. Experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical roles.
7. Educated to high school level or equivalent
8. Valid driver’s licence
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
11. Appetite to deliver work schedule
12. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
13. Willing to travel as and when required
