Overview
I am currently working with a client who is on the lookout for an interim to come onboard for an initial 6 month period. Work may change but currently, the condition surveys have already been completed, so they are looking for someone to help put the projects out to tender, sort activity schedules, planning applications, liaise with the Building Control team and undertake drawings on AutoCAD (you do not need to be an expert on AutoCAD).
Responsibilities

* Undertake drawings on AutoCAD (you do not need to be an expert on AutoCAD)
Engagement and logistics
Interviews will be taking place this week, with a view to someone starting next week or the week after. This will require 1 day on site and this could rise to 2 days come the summer period.
Contract details
This role will fall inside IR35 with a rate of £35-42 per hour depending on what the client is able to get signed off.
