About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve the safe and efficient handling of lighting, rigging, and other rental assets. You will ensure that all inventory controls are adhered to and help maintain our high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Movement of Goods: Accurately and efficiently move goods between various locations within the warehouse.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload vehicles, following established procedures and risk assessments.
Inventory Management: Utilize our RTPro system to scan and record rental assets accurately throughout the distribution process.
Quality Control: Inspect returned goods for damage or missing items and report findings promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Equipment Technicians in the cleaning and preparation of equipment.
Safety Practices: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Communication: Collaborate with Department Supervisors and the Equipment Manager to maintain correct stock levels. What We're Looking For:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.

Flexibility: Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work as business needs arise.
