Scheduling / Rostering Team Leader
Location: Welshpool, Perth WA
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 Super Bonus
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for people and purpose? Our client, a respected community-based healthcare provider in Perth, is seeking a proactive Scheduling/Rostering Team Leader to join their team based in Welshpool.
About the Role:
As Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of operations — ensuring seamless delivery of services through efficient staff rostering and scheduling. You’ll manage a small, dedicated team while building strong relationships with both internal teams and valued clients across the Perth metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a scheduling team to ensure efficient and accurate staff rosters
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and service requirements
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and reliable service
* Continuously review and improve rostering systems and processes
* Support operational goals by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and challenges

* Proven leadership experience, ideally within a healthcare, disability, or community services environment
* Strong understanding of rostering and workforce planning
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to drive performance, motivate a team, and foster a positive culture
