Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Salary: From £45,000- £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

What you'll be doing:
* Ensure compliance with all HS&E legislation across site operations.
* Lead site-wide audits, risk assessments (including PUWER & COSHH), and safety reviews.
* Investigate incidents, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and manage Safe Systems of Work and Permits to Work.
* Lead HS&E Committee meetings and ensure follow-up on actions.
* Deliver contractor and visitor safety protocols.
* Oversee emergency planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.
* Maintain and update key documentation, policies, and training records.
About you:
* Experience in an HS&E management role within manufacturing or engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.
* Hands-on, proactive mindset with a calm and organized approach.
* NEBOSH or equivalent HS&E qualification (desirable).
