The Role
As a Pizza Chef at Pesto, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, handcrafting pizzas that showcase fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and consistent quality. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering delicious dishes our guests will love.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare dough, toppings, and sauces to Pesto's standards and recipes.
* Cook pizzas to perfection in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
* Building dishes to specification
* Maintain excellent food presentation, taste, and consistency.
* Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety standards are met.
* Work efficiently with the team to support smooth kitchen service.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous pizza-making experience in a professional kitchen.
* Ability to work well under pressure during busy service.
* Strong attention to detail with pride in food quality and presentation.
* A team player with passion for Italian cuisine.
