The firm is well-established in the region and are seeking an experienced Court of Protection solicitor to join them in their Durham offices. You will be responsible for undertaking fee earning work, providing a high level of service to the department. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be taking client instructions, running your own caseload, representing clients at court and at Mental Health Tribunals, conducting your own legal research whilst also partaking in the overall development of the business.
