As Deputy Manager, you will support the manager in a hands on practitioner role, deputising in the managers absence. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children and a supportive environment for staff and families.

Person Specification
* Completed, currently completing or willing to undertake Level 5 CCLD qualification or equivalent (to meet minimum standards for management)
* Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to motivate and lead others
