CEO Advisory is a globally sponsored initiative led by BCG’s CEO, Christoph Schweizer, designed to strengthen and accelerate relationships with BCG’s CEO and C‑suite clients. As the firm’s only formal platform dedicated to engaging this audience, CEO Advisory combines proprietary research, a proven program format, and deep expertise to support senior executives through critical leadership moments—whether as a new CEO, CEO candidate, or aspiring CEO. To date, the program has partnered with more than 400 CEOs and C‑suite leaders, serving as a trusted sounding board and performance partner.
A core component of the program is the delivery of high‑touch, small‑group CEO events that foster meaningful peer connections and enable learning on the most pressing topics facing today’s leaders. The initiative is led globally by Judith Wallenstein, with regional leadership in EMESA under Matthias Kruhler, and is supported by a network of former CEOs, senior advisors, and BCG experts who contribute as facilitators and thought partners. A dedicated global BST team drives day‑to‑day operations and supports execution across regions.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated CEO Communities (Events) Manager – EMESA (Temporary Backfill, September 2026 – April 2027) to support this flagship initiative. Reporting to the Global CEO Advisory Director, this role will partner closely with both global and EMESA regional leadership to deliver best‑in‑class CEO engagement.
This position sits at the intersection of events, marketing, business development, and senior client engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and executing CEO‑level events across the region, while proactively managing priorities and ensuring seamless delivery of the CEO Advisory program to meet the needs of BCG’s most senior clients.
