This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a high flying department in the Bournemouth area.
The team are very busy indeed so the requirement here is for an experienced conveyancing legal secretary who is able to interpret and understand all the relevant documentation.
Duties include :
* File opening & file closing
* Scanning and saving documents to electronic folders or to email
* Telephone enquiries and quotes
* Liaising with clients
* Managing a fee earner's inbox
* Land registry acquisitions
* Archiving
* Preparing and sending faxes as required
* Preparing documents for dispatch by email DX or post
