Join us, and let’s shape the future together. * We are in a period of exclusive direct sourcing for this role and are not currently accepting applications from recruitment agencies. ________________________________________ The role in 60 seconds Role: Trade Mark Administrator Team: Intellectual Property (Commercial) Location: Hybrid working from Bristol or Exeter Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible Why this role matters: This is a progressive opportunity to develop your career in Intellectual Property whilst building strong relationships with our international client base. ________________________________________ What you’ll do In this role, you’ll: Join a highly successful team at an exciting time, through an incredible period of growth Assist in the administration of our Trade Mark database Assist Matter Partners and other fee earners with managing monthly billing procedures, cash collection and credit control processes File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and anti-Money Laundering Responding to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times ________________________________________ What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings: Experience of providing admin support with a genuine desire to work in an IP/Trade Mark team.
