The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in driving the performance, quality and output of the Resourcing Hub. This team supports all divisions across the business - Temp Construction, Temp M&E and Permanent Recruitment, filling roles won by consultants and maximising candidate delivery speed, reliability and quality. This is a hands-on role, responsible for daily workflow management, allocation of roles, optimising fill rates, ensuring compliance accuracy, and developing the team into a high-performing delivery function. You will be the central point of coordination between Sales, Directors, Compliance and the wider operations team. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Workflow Management * Oversee the daily activity, workload and priorities of the resourcing team. * Maintain a consistent, efficient operating rhythm covering availability checks, outreach activity, and candidate pipeline generation. * Lead daily resourcing huddles to review gaps, workload, live jobs and upcoming demand.
