(Senior) Commercial Compliance Officer To work with the DUAL UK Head of Compliance and Executive Leadership team in developing a strong compliance culture across the Commercial business units To be the lead business partner to the Commercial business units across DUAL UK To provide advice to the Commerical business units and liaise with them to implement and embed regulatory change To ensure that DUAL UK delivers good outcomes to its customers Role overview The role will be responsible for being the lead business partner to the Commercial business units across DUAL UK, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. The role involves a solid understanding of the FCA Handbook and Lloyd’s regulatory standards and their practical applicability to a range of business lines. Role responsibilities To be a pro-active business partner and to provide timely and considered regulatory advice and guidance to the commercial business units.
