Responsibilities
* Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, feeding into research & development, devising, and improving processes, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to support production activities.
* Help drive manufacturing excellence through process optimisation and performance monitoring.
* Maintain robust, efficient, and future‑ready processes, while ensuring readiness for new product introductions.
* Champion manufacturing innovation and collaborate with the wider R&D team to seamlessly integrate new products.
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant qualification (HNC, HND or Degree) in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical, engineering, or science‑based discipline.
* Interest in working on the development and manufacture of products for automotive, specialist vehicles, aerospace, defence, marine, or similar applications.
* Must be a sole British passport holder to be eligible for UK Defence Security Clearance for this role.
