The Product Lead is a key role within the MMT Digital team, supporting our client in all aspects of digital product development.
We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Product Leader with a strong background in PI Planning, scaled Agile delivery, product roadmap development, and best practices. This role requires someone who can lead and inspire both the Client and the Product Team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in building rapport with clients, experienced in team building, and capable of developing Communities of Practice around Product management.
We need someone with a confident leadership style to provide guidance and challenge, with experience in building and nurturing long-term client relationships and adept at Senior Stakeholder Management.
The Product Lead will focus on understanding customer experience through insights, feedback, and testing. They will lead the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to ensure the team can focus on building and maintaining products effectively.
This role works closely with Technical Leads, Account Directors, and Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
2. Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery.
3. Drive prioritization based on data, customer needs, and commercial value.
4. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
5. Champion customer needs through direct engagement and analytics.
6. Set OKRs and track product performance metrics.
7. Coach on Product Mindset and grow the Product Community.
Essential Criteria
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a digital/tech environment.
* Experience with scaled delivery, preferably SAFe.
* Proven track record of launching successful products or major features.
* Ability to balance business and customer needs.
* Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change.
* Passion for building great products and solving real user problems.
Desirable Criteria
* Certified in Product Management.
* Certified Advanced Scrum Product Owner or similar.
* Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Experience supporting and leading teams of Product Owners or Business Analysts.
* Line management experience.
This is a hybrid role requiring availability for 8 days per month onsite at our offices in Leeds, London, or Uppingham. Valid UK Right to Work documentation is required.
