Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is pivotal in supporting our business managers and driving people-focused initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build trusted partnerships with business managers to support strategic decisions
* Lead staffing strategy, organisational design, and training
* Coach managers on performance, career development, and employee relations
* Collaborate with global HR teams on strategic HR initiatives
* Manage UK-specific HR operations including visa support and payroll
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education (HR-related field preferred)
* 5+ years HR experience in a global company; HRBP experience is a plus
* Knowledge of UK employment legislation and processes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Excel and HR IT tools
* Other languages and Irish legislation knowledge are a bonus but not required.
