Responsibilities as a Subject Specialist:
* Deliver targeted support in your subject area to pupils across various year groups.
* Assist with lesson planning, resource creation, and in-class learning activities.
* Provide focused intervention sessions to assist learners in achieving their academic goals.
* Evaluate and report on student progress and collaboration with teaching staff.
* Encourage academic curiosity and support positive student engagement.
Requirements for Subject Specialist:
* Strong subject knowledge and a background in supporting students.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and a proactive, student-focused attitude.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained.
