* You participate in implementing and testing transformations to ensure data consistency, traceability, and alignment with business rules.
* You document data sources, assumptions, and transformations to promote transparency and reuse.

* You have working knowledge of SQL or Python and familiarity with data versioning or ETL tools.
* You are able to learn quickly in a cross‑functional environment and contribute to multiple projects in parallel.
* You demonstrate capacity for independent thinking and ability to make decisions based upon sound principles.
* You bring excellent strategic agility including problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, and agility that extends beyond the technical domain.
* You demonstrate respect for cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in the global workplace.
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in the areas of presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language.

Preferred:

* Exposure to cloud‑based tools or version control systems (e.g., Git, Airflow, S3).
* Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to clearly explain datasets to end users.
