What role will you play?
The role involves responsibilities across pre-deal compliance, asset and portfolio management, value creation, divestment readiness, and business operations. Key tasks include:
* Facilitating vendor onboarding, conducting KYC processes, clearing conflicts, coordinating NDAs, maintaining insider lists, setting up contracts, and managing reporting and data.
* Ensuring timely completion of deal approvals and workflows, such as gathering inputs for approval forms and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Preparing deal announcements, press releases, and internal communications with Corporate Affairs.
* Supporting asset and entity setup and dissolution, including incorporations, legal changes, bank accounts, contracts, insurance, and nominee director changes.
* Assisting in asset and portfolio management activities like quarterly reviews, financial and tax reporting, audits, funding, invoicing, and monitoring investments.
* Maintaining deal data in Salesforce and internal systems.
* Supporting value creation and divestment initiatives, including asset preparation for divestment and capital recycling.
