TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established high street law firm in the heart of Bridgend, known for delivering professional, approachable, and client-focused legal services. With a friendly and supportive team, they pride themselves on their strong community presence and loyal client base.

The Role:
They are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Assistant to join their growing conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous legal support experience who is looking to work in a welcoming, local firm that values work-life balance and long-term staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners in the conveyancing department
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Opening and closing client files in accordance with compliance procedures
* Assisting with diary management, appointments, and file tracking
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties
* Supporting with file archiving, billing, and other office duties as needed

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or administrative role
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
