Job Description
We are recruiting for an exciting and unique opportunity with a national law firm in it's leading Corporate Team.
You will advise on the following:
* Transactional work - i.e drafting warranties and indemnities, drafting ancillary documents and marking up disclosure letters.
* Company secretarial and corporate governance - i.e preparing articles of association, shareholders agreements and risk registers.
* Compliance and Regulatory – conducting reviews of the regulatory landscape of target companies and undertaking audits of company records and compliance checks.
* NSIA Applications – producing and reviewing applications for buyers and sellers.
* Project Management – also managing data rooms for the corporate department.
Due to the nature of the role and the need to work closely with other team members, this is a predominately office based position.
You will need:
1. 0-3 years or more PQE
2. A solid grounding in corporate work and ideally have some experience with preparing NSIA applications
3. An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
4. Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
