Overview
JACK & JONES, a leading high‑quality fashion brand for young men, is opening a brand‑new store in Bluewater in July 2026. We are looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to lead the journey from day one.
Key Responsibilities
New Store opening & Set‑up
* Help and support all aspects of the store opening, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of the team.
* Support store set‑up, visual merchandising and floor layout implementation.
* Play a key role during the set‑up phase and be flexible to work extended hours where needed to deliver a successful opening.
Commercial Leadership
* Partner with the Store Manager and wider management team to deliver outstanding results.
* Analyse sales performance daily and make strong commercial decisions to maximise results.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and lead the store confidently in the absence of the Store Manager.
Team Leadership & Culture
* Be a role model to the team, driving great energy and atmosphere on the shop floor.
* Support the growth and development of the team to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and operations.
* Champion JACK & JONES values and help create an inclusive, positive culture for colleagues and customers.
What We Look For
* Experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or similar retail leadership role.
* Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy building relationships.
* A real passion for our brand, our products and delivering the best customer experience.
