* Competitive base salary of £45,000 with uncapped OTE (realistic earnings of £80,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing

* Proactively identify and engage new prospects in your target market
* Develop compelling value propositions and uncover unmet customer needs
* Use research and insight to drive conversations and shape proposals
* Engage stakeholders across the customer buying team to build consensus
* Create targeted outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
* Coordinate internal subject matter experts to support your sales efforts
* Deliver product demonstrations and solution-focused presentations
* Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices
* Maintain accurate sales activity records via CRM
* Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets

What We're Looking For

* A proven track record of new business development and B2B sales success
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
* Ability to explain both technical and non-technical concepts clearly
* Strategic, commercially aware, and focused on customer value
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
* Experience in technical or software sales is advantageous
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training available)
* Ability to develop and execute structured business development plans
