The business is investing in growth and strengthening its commercial team, creating a brand-new opportunity for a hands-on marketing and sales support professional to make a real impact. Your new role As Sales and Marketing Officer, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity while supporting a busy sales function. You'll be responsible for driving brand visibility, improving customer communication and contributing to lead generation. This is a varied, creative role suited to someone who enjoys balancing digital marketing delivery with structured sales support. Key Responsibilities Include: Planning and delivering a rolling schedule of marketing activity aligned to growth targets Creating digital content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates and customer communications Managing and updating website content including product pages, news items, case studies and event information Producing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and product sheets Supporting the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions and industry events Managing marketing assets including images, documentation and brand materials Reporting on engagement, campaign performance and lead activity Introducing new ideas to enhance awareness, inbound enquiries and customer engagement Maintaining CRM records with accurate customer and opportunity data Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and supporting customer follow-ups Responding to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email Tracking customer activity and ensuring timely follow-up actions Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication What you'll need to succeed Experience in B2B marketing or a combined sales and marketing role Confidence managing digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing and CMS platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information CRM experience (any platform) Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Competence using basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe A proactive, collaborative and detail-focused working style What you'll get in return Competitive salary between £30,000 - £36,000 Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm Pension contributions Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for funded professional development and marketing training Long-term stability within a growing business A role with visible impact, contributing directly to commercial growth and customer engagement What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
