Business Development Manager – Unleash Your Potential in Sales!

Salary & Benefits: £35,875 base + £55,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure), with a generous car allowance of up to £6200 (dependant on car)

At Yell, we’re seeking ambitious, proactive Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team. Your Role:

As a key player in our Field Sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your role will include:

1. Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads, you'll open doors to new clients.
2. Tailoring Solutions: Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
3. Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
4. Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
5. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
2. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
3. Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
4. Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written
5. Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
6. A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points
