A growing automotive component manufacturer in Witham is seeking a CNC Team Leader for night shifts. The role involves leading a team of CNC setter operators, setting and operating CNC Milling machines, and ensuring quality control. This temporary to permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book extending into the 2030's.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of CNC setter operators.
* Set and operate CNC Milling machines.
* Ensure quality control and maintain high manufacturing standards.
Details
* Shift pattern: Sunday 8.30pm–7.00am; Monday–Thursday 11.00pm–7.00am.
* Pay: up to £21.69 per hour.
* Contract: temporary to permanent position.
