As a Bid Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing projects and contracts. Responsibilities include developing winning bid strategies, coordinating proposal preparation, managing bid timelines and resources, assessing and mitigating risks, nurturing client relationships, ensuring bid quality and compliance, negotiating contracts, and driving continuous process improvement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling bids that showcase our company’s capabilities and value proposition. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, negotiation prowess, and a track record of successful bid management in the construction industry. Alongside this, other administrative and creative duties will be required as and when applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in RIBA Stages 1-5
* Ideally worked with clients ranging from education, public and local authorities.
* MSc Regional and Urban Planning Studies Merit.
* Certificate in energy and sustainability building design (CIBSE)
* Full UK Driving License
* Experience with Autocad, Revit, MicroStation, Aecomsim, Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, MS applications
