People Change Manager 12 Month FTC Marston Holdings is looking for a dedicated and experienced People Change Manager to join our COO function and play a pivotal role in delivering our corporate strategy and transformation agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business change activity across major transformation programmes, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared, supported, and equipped to successfully adopt change. You’ll be at the heart of embedding sustainable improvements that drive measurable efficiencies and long-term business benefits. The Role As People Change Manager, you will: Lead business change activities across transformation programmes to ensure delivery of business case benefits and outcomes. Provide change management best practice guidance to programme and project teams. Define and shape change management elements within business cases, including success measures and benefit realisation criteria. Create and maintain Change Impact Assessments (CIA), identifying mitigation actions to drive readiness and adoption. Own and deliver the programme-level change plan, integrating with project plans. Define and communicate business readiness criteria, reporting on adoption and implementation progress. Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication plans in collaboration with the Head of Communication. Coach and support Sponsors and Stakeholders to strengthen change leadership capability. Ensure alignment of change management deliverables across Business Analysts and Business Improvement teams. Mitigate and escalate change-related risks and ensure smooth handover of change deliverables into BAU. Promote governance standards and consistency across the portfolio in partnership with the VMO and project management teams. Support ELT and SLT stakeholders to remove blockers and manage risks and dependencies. About You You are a proactive and resilient change professional who can work independently within a clear governance framework. You bring integrity, adaptability, and a strong drive for continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Change Management Practitioner qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG, BSC or equivalent). Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar change or transformation role. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience leading people change initiatives within transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational and analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset. Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information. Desirable Stakeholder Management qualifications. Coaching and facilitation skills. Experience within complex, multi-business environments. A natural change champion who thinks creatively and challenges the status quo. Why Join Marston Holdings?
