Based in Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland, and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your negotiating and influencing skills to drive sales of Cala's highly desirable new build homes. You will ensure the efficient management of the sales process from reservation to exchange and completion through our CRM system, while consistently delivering a customer experience of the highest standard.

To succeed, the right candidate will bring previous sales experience from the housebuilding or customer-facing sector, along with a proven ability to provide a memorable client experience through a consultative approach.
You will be passionate and energetic about matching customers with the right home, meeting KPIs, and providing a five-star experience from the initial enquiry to final completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local property market
* Input data accurately into the CRM system
* Manage CRM consistently to maintain a strong pipeline
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation across all customer-facing areas
* Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental policies
* Conduct market research and gather valuable insights for the sales management and marketing teams
* Process associated administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
Ensure compliance with industry regulations including: NHQC (New Homes Quality Code), GDPR, Consumer Protection Act

* Assist customers in selecting extras and making decisions throughout their home purchase
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Lead handover meetings, ensuring customers are fully informed and have a smooth moving experience
This role offers excellent career progression and development opportunities within the Cala sales team. Previous experience with an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is essential (Salesforce is desirable), and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Weekend availability, lone working, and flexibility are required, as is a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
