We’re looking for a hands on Controls Engineer to design and develop real time control software for inverters, converters, and motor drives. You’ll work closely with a small team of hardware and systems engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions from concept to validation.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop embedded C/C++ code for DSPs and microcontrollers.
* Design and implement control strategies for power systems.
* Build and test prototypes; support system integration and verification.
* Translate and refine customer requirements into working solutions.
* Collaborate across teams to define interfaces and ensure system performance.
What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering.
* Experience with embedded software, ideally in high-integrity sectors (e.g., aerospace, automotive).
* Strong knowledge of DSPs, microcontrollers, and real-time control.
* Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC).
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with power electronics, requirements tools (e.g. DOORS), and agile development.
