Overview
Esland is seeking a Registered Manager (Children's Home) for our service in Gainsborough, England. Location: Birch House - Gainsborough. Compensation: £48,000 - £53,000 per year, plus a bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500. This is a dual registered role, supporting a newly appointed Registered Manager.
Responsibilities
* Provide high levels of care and support in a residential setting for children, incorporating crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
* Ensure children receive the highest quality residential care and participate in recreational activities aligned to their interests (e.g., cinema, swimming, sports).
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and supportive environment that enables children to achieve positive outcomes.
* Collaborate with the team and leadership to maintain compliant, safe, and outcome-focused services.
Essential requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years in a role relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
* Full UK driving licence.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
