We’re looking for a commercially driven Trade Marketing Manager to join Albert Roger Group. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Buying within Beauty or Colour Cosmetics.
You’ll help drive category growth, retailer performance, and brand visibility across leading beauty brands within retail and ecommerce channels across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Category Growth
* Develop and execute trade marketing and category growth plans
* Translate brand priorities into retailer activation plans and customer initiatives
* Drive growth through assortment optimisation, pricing, promotions, and launch execution
* Support retailer meetings, category reviews, and launch presentations
Retail Activation & Ecommerce
* Execute retailer activations across launches, promotions, secondary space, and in-store visibility
* Coordinate POS materials, launch toolkits, merchandising assets, and retailer marketing support
* Work closely with Ecommerce teams to support digital activation and online growth
* Support customer presentations and retailer proposals
Assortment, Pricing & Performance
* Manage permanent and promotional assortments across retail and ecommerce accounts
* Lead SKU reviews, product rationalisation, and assortment optimisation
* Analyse sales performance, retailer insights, and competitor activity
* Monitor ROI across trade marketing and promotional activity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Commercial, Data and Supply Chain teams
* Ensure alignment between brand strategy, retailer requirements, and execution priorities
* Support onboarding and integration of new beauty and cosmetics brands
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experienced Trade Marketing, Category Management or Buying individual within Beauty or Colour Cosmetics
* Strong understanding of retail and ecommerce environments
* Experience managing launches, promotions, assortments, and retailer activations
* Ability to turn data and insights into actionable growth plans
* Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
