We are based in Shoreditch and open 5 days a week for dinner and lunch 3x days a week.
The menu is a la carte, brasserie style operation and serving British gastropub cuisine with New York, American influence
We are serving on average 50 covers for lunch and 100/120 for dinner.
The ideal Sous Chef is someone who is used to volume, highly organised, great at communications and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.
Service is run with 5 chefs in the kitchen, and the Sous Chef role will also involve helping with some Private Events.
The Sous Chef will receive an annual salary of £45,000 per year.
The Sous Chef will be part of a supportive kitchen and management team. Lots of opportunities for progression
