Full UK manual driving licence will be required as we have manual vehicles that you must be willing to drive.
Qualities And Skills Required
Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting others.
Experience within care is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
Contract Options
Part time (30 hours per week)
Shifts
Between 07:00-22:00 (varied shifts)
One sleep in shift required per week and paid at a flat rate of £63.70
Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references
